Meet our Staff

Danny-Quirin (2).jpg

Pastor

Danny Quirin

Danny became the Pastor at Mill Creek on April 1, 2019 (not an April fool’s joke) after serving in Youth Ministry for thirty-three years. He and his wife Debbie both grew up in northern Virginia where they met in the youth choir at church while in high school. They have been married since 1983 and have five children, eighteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Life on journey with Jesus is a thrill ride in and of itself so why not take in and enjoy God’s beautiful creation however possible. Along with riding his motorcycle on the curvy roads in our area, Danny and his family enjoy being outdoors to include snow or water skiing, hiking, camping, and spending time together at the lake or the beach.

Josh and his wife Rachel both grew up in Blue Ridge, VA and have been married since 2007. They met in the youth group at church and have been sweethearts since. They are grateful to raise their six children in Botetourt County, where they grew up.

Josh was raised on his parents farm in Blue Ridge, and he still helps on the farm today. In 2004, Josh received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Religion at Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City, Tennessee. Josh went to seminary at Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC where he earned his Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Care and Counseling in 2007. He is grateful to be walking in God’s call on his life as a youth pastor & encouraging teenagers on their walk with the Lord. As he is working part-time at MCBC, Josh also owns a hauling business called Freedom Hauling.

As a family, the Witts enjoy family movie nights, family kickball tournaments, spending time at the pool in the summer, and they have a newfound love of camping. Josh also coaches his kids in flag football, baseball and softball. Together is their favorite place to be.

Her passion is working with Preescolar Cristiano Brisas del Este in the Dominican Republic, and she currently serves on that team. This is a Christian based preschool that Mill Creek has partnered with since 2004.

Peggy and her husband, Gino, live in Buchanan with their two very spoiled miniature daschunds.  They both enjoy playing golf and being outdoors in God’s beautiful creation.
