SALVATION

How can I truly be saved? The Bible teaches that salvation is God’s gift, received by faith in Jesus Christ alone. Acts 16:31 says, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.” We are not saved by our good works, church traditions, or personal effort. We are saved only by trusting in Jesus. Jesus, the eternal Son of God, died on the cross to take the punishment for our sin and rose again in victory. To believe in Him means turning from sin, admitting our need for His grace, and trusting fully in what He has done for us. Calling Jesus Lord means surrendering our lives to Him as our Savior and King. When we place our faith in Christ, God forgives our sin, makes us right with Him, and brings us into a relationship with Him that lasts forever.

Are you willing to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Savior and receive this free gift of eternal life? If so, follow through with the decision right now. There is no special prayer you must pray to do so. Simply ask Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins and make Him the Lord and Savior of your life.

If you made that decision today or have additional questions about salvation, please contact any member of our staff or respond to the invitation of any worship service.

If you confess with your mouth

that Jesus is Lord and believe in

your heart that God raised him

from the dead, you will be saved.

BAPTISM

Baptism is a believer’s public way of saying, “I belong to Jesus.” It’s an act of obedience where a follower of Christ is immersed in water to picture His death, burial, and resurrection. The Bible shows this clearly in places like Romans 6:3–4 and Colossians 2:12. Baptism doesn’t save us. But baptism is a meaningful step of obedience. It shows that Christ has washed us clean and given us new life. The only biblical requirements for baptism are genuine faith in Jesus, and a basic understanding of what baptism means. Scripture gives freedom in age, timing, and setting. In the end, baptism is a joyful, public declaration of faith and a simple way to follow Jesus’ command to make disciples.

If you're interested in being baptized, we invite you to contact any member of our staff or respond to the invitation of any worship service.

We were buried therefore with him

by baptism into death, in order that,

just as Christ was raised from the

dead by the glory of the Father,

we too might walk in newness of life.

Romans 6:4

MEMBERSHIP

The Bible teaches that believers are meant to live in committed community with one another. We belong to Christ, and therefore we belong to each other. Church membership is simply a way to express that commitment. The New Testament calls Christians to support one another, pray for one another, and hold one another accountable in love. Being part of a church family helps us do these things faithfully. It encourages us to serve, to grow, and to take responsibility for the mission and health of the church. Membership isn’t about joining an institution. It’s about belonging to a family that helps us follow Jesus, stay encouraged, and live out the gospel together.

So we, though many, are one

body in Christ, and individually members one of another.

SERVING

Serving is part of God’s calling for every Christian. He has given each of His people unique gifts, skills, and willing hearts so that we can reflect Him and help make Christ known. Every believer has a purpose and a place in the body of Christ. When each member uses their spiritual gifts the whole church grows, and God is glorified. But our service is meant to flow from love, not obligation. God delights in His people serving with joyful hearts. There is always meaningful work to be done in the church, and God uses every act of service, big or small, to build up His people and advance His mission.

To learn about opportunities to serve, we invite you to contact any member of our staff.

As each has received a gift,

use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.
